1. Where do you work from and what will you do? What are the requirements?
You will be doing call center work (sales, technical support and customer service) from the comfort of your home.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Which companies will you work for?
The companies range from many eCommerce, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, Telecommunications & Travel & Hospitality.
3. What are the minimun computer requirements?
*CPU Speed: 1 GHz dual core processor or better
Hard Driver: 20 GB or more of available space
64 GB or more of total space
Memory: 2 GB of RAM or better
*Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, or 11 on Windows 7, 8 and 10
*Internet Connectivity - Hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection.
NO WIRELESS CONNECTION ALLOWED
*Hard-wired landline telephone service
NO CELLPHONE ALLOWED
4. How much will you earn an hour?
It is usually from $9-$12 an hour depending on the client that you will be working for and also your service metrics.
5. Are there any fees?
You are required to pay for a background check ($7.95) and the cost of training. The cost of training is determined by the individual client that you choose to service. It can range from $40-$300 per program.
*We do have an incentive for our employees that if you complete all your training and work for 90 days meeting your metrics with 2 stars and 90% Commitment Adherence we will give you a 1 time bonus of $50.00. Also every year on your working Anniversary you will get a $100.00 bonus. The bonuses will be paid the following pay check after you have met the criteria.
We also charge a $40.00 service fee from each of your bi-weekly paychecks.
6. How do we pay you?
We pay you by direct deposit every 15th & 30th of the month (exception February that would be on the 28th)
